RESERVATION POLICIES:

Stuart and Jane would love to welcome you to serin Ev. Our booking rates vary between £3,500 and £6,000 per week, depending on the season and availability. A deposit of 30 per cent is required to secure the booking. The balance falls due six weeks before arrival. We will issue a contract once a reservation has been agreed.

CHECK-IN:

Access is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival, and entry is by keysafe. A representative of our villa management team will meet you to familiarise you with the facilities. Departure is generally before 10.00.

Facilities

You will have full use of the entire villa, garden, pool and terraces. The necessities are all provided such as bathroom products, hairdryers, kitchen basics and laundry essentials.

On request, we can also arrange a welcome pack, in-villa catering services, car hire and or taxi, excursions such as boat trips.
