The spacious open plan living areas have wall-to-wall bi-fold doors opening onto the vast terrace creating an amazing feeling of light and space.
With five bedrooms and five bath/shower rooms, roof terrace and play room, we can readily accommodate up to ten people in comfort.

Ground floor
This level offers an open plan living a space which incorporates a raised lounge area with large flat screen TV and DVD player. The lounge leads down to the modern L-shaped kitchen and dining area.
Also located on this floor is a large twin bedroom, adjacent shower bathroom, guest WC, and a separate utility room.
First floor
An airy landing leads off to three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The spacious master bedroom has a stunning view through its wide- opening doors onto its own private terrace. White fitted wardrobes run the length of one wall and cleverly hide a mirrored, lit dressing table. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower overlooking the sea and ‘his and hers’ wash basins.
The guest double bedroom is of similar proportions with mirrored fitted wardrobes that reflect the sea views throughout the room. It has a private en suite shower bathroom and private sea view balcony.
The twin bedroom on this floor has windows to the side, mirrored fitted wardrobes and a private corner sea view balcony. This room is adjacent to the family bathroom with separate bath, shower and dual basins.
Second floor
At roof level, there is a bright landing leading out onto a delightful roof terrace with spectacular views. This floor has a twin bedroom and separate bathroom, both of which benefit from large skylight windows.
Grounds
The magnificent terrace allows plenty of opportunities for alfresco dining or BBQs in sun or shade, around the beautiful, private infinity pool. (The pool measure 8 metres x 4.5 metres with the depth ranging from 1.45 metres - 1.70 metres) and incorporating a shallow seating area.
Serviced daily during the summer the pool is kept immaculate, assisted by the convenient outdoor shower for washing off that sun screen.
Serin Ev also has a separate rumpus room complete with TV, sound system and comfy sofas, table tennis and games.
The small mature Meditterreanen garden areas include a variety of palms, profuse bouganvillia and two lemon trees. There are two spaces for private off road parking.

Cleaning and linen changes are carried out every 3rd or 4th day, therefore, if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided. If staying for 2 weeks, you will receive three cleans and linen changes during your stay
